One of the supernatural gifts is discernment. And it looks like it almost may take supernatural powers to discern whether this is a holy water stoup or a toilet bowl. What do you think? Would you dip your fingers in there?

context is everything, I guess - have to see it in its proper place. HOWEVER: if the lid lifts up, I'm nit touching it!
This reminds me of the Nun Urinals, which can be seen here:

Those nun urinals are downright . . . bizzarre.
I think if I walked in and saw those in a church, I'd feel obligated to hold it in.
That's just mildly disturbing.
