The Rt. Rev'd Michael J. Curry of North Carolina gave a stirring sermon in Grace Cathedral, San Francisco at the investiture of the Rt. Rev'd Mark Andrus as the new bishop of California. It is worth a listen. Though considering the context, I think I'd have said, "Come back to the faith!"

You know, +Curry used to be my bishop. And he is, apparently, still an excellent orator. The only problem is, I missed the content of the sermon. I'm a little perplexed, because it seems that the faith I'm supposed to keep is faith in... I dunno. God's plan for social justice? I guess it just feels kind of empty in the end, like a tomb that's full. He never did say that Jesus wasn't there.
